Welcome to Blue Test Villa. Our story is rooted in a profound appreciation for the serenity, fresh air, and slow rhythms of the Lazio countryside. We envisioned creating a modern, private sanctuary where families and groups could unwind in absolute privacy.

Originally designed as a private estate, we meticulously updated and refined every space to offer contemporary comforts while respecting local architectural traditions. Today, Blue Test Villa is an exclusive holiday home rented in its entirety, featuring spacious interiors, comfortable en-suite bedrooms, and a stunning garden.

We do not just offer accommodation; we invite you to experience a peaceful lifestyle where you can reconnect with nature, enjoy delicious open-air dinners on our covered veranda, and easily explore the historic wonders of Rome, just a short drive away.
